• Adhesive System
It is made of Polyethylene(PE) film coated with acrylic adhesive, there are three adhesive, low adhesive, middle adhesive and high adhesive. Below please kindly find applications for different adhesive.

• Capability
A. Coating： Our coating equipment applies a precise coating weight from our complete range of custom formulated adhesives. The adhesives are applied to specifically designed surface protection films to meet the challenges of your application.

B. Blowing： We have co-extrusion blowing machines, so we can support shorter lead time and different thick film for your choice. Co-extrusion enables multi-layered films to be produced from thermoplastic polymers, with one layer having adhesive characteristics specially tailored to the surface to be protected.

C. Printing： Add a company logo, brand name, installation or removal instructions to your protective film to make it stand out in the crowd. Printing helps distinguish your product from your competition and will increase your company's recognition in the marketplace. Printing your removal or installation instructions on the masking film insures those instructions will be present as long as our film remains on your surface.

D. Perforating : If you have a number of similar sized items or areas of coverage to mask, perforating can be a big time and labor saving option for you. Due to the material being pre-cut, there's no need for sharp blades, razors or scissors in the masking area. Also no more cuts and nicks caused by sharp blades or razors. More importantly, no more cut marks on your valuable finished product. Perforation is available in a wide range of sizes. Please contact us with your specific request.

E. Reverse winding:
We can reverse wind (adhesive side out) our products for you. This is a perfect option for our carpet masking products. Just place the roll on the ground, adhere the trailing piece to the carpet (or other surface) and roll it out. Of course we wind our products adhesive side down for normal
